Past YM Events
Mark your calendars for the annual ASCE Blood Bowl. To celebrate the upcoming BCS football season, starting with Rivalry Week and running through the National Championship, we will be keeping track of ASCE members who donate blood to Carter Blood Care. The February meeting will be decorated with the colors of the school that had the most alumni donate blood. In addition, that school’s fight song will play at the end of the meeting. When you have donated blood, email ascebloodbowl@gmail.com with your name and the school you support!
On June 11, 2011 , we will be attending the Frisco RoughRiders game at 7 pm. For the ticket cost of $17, we will also get all you can eat hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and Dr. Pepper products until 90 minutes after the start time.
On May 19, 2011 we had our monthly happy hour at the Idle Rich Pub. Keep a eye out for the details of our June happy hour event.
Congratulations to Texas A&M again for winning the ASCE Blood Bowl, and to Carlo Andreani for being the lucky winner of the Texas A&M flag.
On Saturday, March 5, 2011, ASCE Younger Members competed in the 14th Annual MARDI GRAS Run, presented by Run On! and benefiting Captain Hope's Kids. Captain Hope’s Kids has been meeting the critical needs of children in area homeless shelters for the past 21 years. The 5K Run was held at Galatyn Park in Richardson.

The Texas Rangers play the Houston Astros May 23 in Houston - The Houston and Ft. Worth Branch YM's are planning a joint event to attend the game.
