September 8, 2008 - Alan Plummer received a National Award of Merit at the WateReuse Symposium in Dallas. The WateReuse Award of Merit recognizes people that have advanced the acceptance of water reuse through continued dedication. Mr. Plummer has been a member of ASCE since 1964 and is well known in Texas and other states for his leadership and pioneering work in water reuse planning and design as well as his focus on improving water quality.
