Biography As the Authority’s assistant executive director of project delivery, Gerry Carrigan, P.E. provides key leadership in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the project delivery process for the North Texas Tollway Authority. He is responsible for directing the program management of the general engineering consultant (GEC) and overseeing corridors to define delivery strategies and accomplish goals and objectives.
Carrigan earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Southern Illinois University, and he received his master’s degree in public administration from the University of South Florida. Sean will give a brief overview of roundabouts he has analyzed and designed in Texas including the first roundabout in Texas with a heavy rail through the middle of it.
