Biography Mr. Nabeel Khwaja has spent over 13 years working on various TxDOT construction, design and maintenance projects, including but not limited to, (1) the $200+ million reconstruction of US 75 corridor projects S1 and S2 in Dallas; (2) the $262 million construction of the Dallas High Five project; (3) the $90 million construction of the I-35E/SH 190 interchange in Carrollton. He is currently involved in developing technical contract specifications on large CDA and Design-Build projects of TxDOT.
