The Dallas ASCE awarded and presented four G.B. Mann scholarships at the August 2010 Branch Meeting. The awards are given to those students that are going into college majoring in Civil Engineering. Mr. Dan Ruth, P.E., 60, has past away at home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Ruth was a graduate from Texas Tech, was a member of the Army National Guard and worked as an Engineer for 35 years.
