Mr. Alan Plummer, P.E. of Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., received the “Good Scout” Award from the Longhorn Council of the Boy Scouts of America on August 5, 2010, during a luncheon benefitting Scouting Programs. Rebecca Dugger, P.E., Director, Trinity River Corridor Project Rebecca Dugger is a native Texan, born and raised in Terrell, Texas. William Llewellyn Powell, 97, has died of natural causes. Mr. Powell was a Dallas Branch Past President (1959 - 1960), Past Vice President (1956 - 1957), and still regularly attended the monthly branch meetings. Mr. Powell was recognized twice by ASCE for his service to engineering including his elevation to Fellow in 1987. His obituary from the Dallas Morning News can be found here.
