Pervious Concrete Pavements in Texas Pervious pavements have several advantages in site and road development. They reduce or eliminate runoff. They can eliminate the need for a detention pond. On April 28th, we will have our monthly happy hour at Duke’s Roadhouse in Addison (4180 Belt Line Road, Addison, TX 75001) from 5:30 – 7:30 P.M. This is a joint event with Engineers Without Borders.
