Ruben Delgado, P.E., has served as the Collin County Director of Engineering since 1995. He started as project engineer with Collin County in January 1982, and also served the county as the Asst. Director of Public Works Engineering from 1985 to 1995. His major focus is on the implementation of the Transportation Capital Improvements Program. Tom Szynakiewicz, P.E. is the Area Manager for Hayward Baker’s Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston Offices. Dallas Branch Meetings Moved to Second Monday of the Month – The surveys we have conducted indicate overwhelming support to move the Branch Meetings to the 2nd Monday of the month. Angela Matthews, P.E. The members of the ASCE Dallas Branch donated $1,457.00 toward the 32nd Annual KRLD “Christmas Is for Caring Campaign”. To date, members have given $8,768 to the Denton State Supported Living Center (formally known as the Denton State School) since 2003.
