March Main Speaker Information 

Clarence Daugherty, P.E.

 

This year Clarence celebrates 40 years of civil engineering service.   He has a B.S. and a M.E. from Texas A&M University. Most of his time has been spent supporting local government, either as an employee or as a consultant. Clarence has worked for the Cities of San Antonio, Dallas, Plano, DeSoto and Bryan, as well as 14 years with Collin County. Clarence has been active in the American Public Works Association and was a founding member of the Texas Association of County Engineers and Road Administrators. He has now spent 12 years in the consulting business and has been with Jacobs Engineering Group for almost 5 years. He is currently the Project Manager for the Woodall Rodgers Deck Plaza project, now known as The Park.
