There will be a limited number of seats for the joint Dallas/Fort Worth meeting on July 13 at the New Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Please RSVP ASAP to ensure you get a seat. There will be no late or walk up registrations for this event and the meeting registration will be closed once we reach our maximum capacity in our meeting space.
Please be sure to cancel your registration at least one week in advance if you can not make it to the meeting.
Be sure to click the correct meeting registration type (with or without tour) when you register, especially if you want to take the optional tour after the lunch presentation. This tour is only $5 (Click here for information about the tour). We need a good headcount BEFORE the July meeting so we can arrange for the correct number of tour guides.
Parking will be in lot 10 right across from the Wal-Mart (Click here for Parking Map). Parking is free. Enter the stadium through Entrance J. ASCE Dallas branch registration check-in will be on the LEFT (EAST) side when you enter the stadium. DO NOT check in on the right (west) side if you registered with the Dallas Branch. This is where the Fort Worth Branch will check in. This is important due to the accounting involved with the meeting.
