Mark your calendars for the 2012 ASCE Dallas/Fort Worth Joint Meeting on July 9, 2012. Mr. Todd Smith, P.E., will be our main speaker and will be giving an overview on the design challenges of the US/Mexico border project.
After the luncheon, we are offering eight (8) technical sessions (four beginning at 1:30pm and 4 beginning at 2:50pm) on the following topics: Ethics, Geotechnical, Environmental and Water Resources, Construction, Structural, Transportation, and Sustainability. The official schedule will be announced in the June newsletter. The meeting will be held at the Hilton Arlington, 2401 E Lamar Boulevard, Arlington, TX. The cost will be $35 for the luncheon only, or $50 for the luncheon and the afternoon sessions.
