Jon M. Stigliano is President of Strategic Solutions Group, an Organizational Development firm based out of Waco, Texas with affiliate offices in Dallas and Austin, Texas. Over the years he has consulted with over 600 companies and thousands of individuals. Strategic Solutions Group has developed a strong reputation by helping their clients achieve success by showing them how to " create an organizational culture of hiring, training and managing their organization by design". Jon is a former Regional Manager for one of the largest commercial real estate firms on the West Coast and Vice President of Development for an international consulting firm.
In addition he is a collegiate basketball referee at the Division I level. He currently works in several major athletic conferences around the nation including the BIG 12, Conference USA, and several others.
